• New and Revised Shipping Prices
• All orders $150 Dollars and over are shipped FREE
• Orders ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse in Arkansas (Kerusso).
• Most orders ship from the warehouse within 4 business days (M-F excluding holidays), however, sometimes the order is delayed due to backorders. Please allow 1-2 weeks from date of purchase for your order to arrive. If you haven't received it in this time and haven't heard from us, send us an email and we will find out what happened.
• Kerusso tries to keep all designs and sizes in stock but they do run out from time to time. We are notified by Kerusso daily (M-F) of item status however, sometimes an item's status changes quickly due to large orders. If this is the case, you will receive an email indicating an item that you ordered is on backorder and given the chance to remove it from your order. Most backorders are filled within a 2 week period.
• We have no control over USPS or Fedex. Once the order is shipped it is up to the carrier to deliver it in a timely manner.
• We can not guarantee a specific delivery date. 

Fedex Ground
Fedex Ground shipping will usually ship from the warehouse within 4 days. When you choose Fedex the shipping charges are automatically calculated with the online Fedex Shipping Calculator. When we receive the tracking number from Kerusso we will email it to you so you can track your order. Sometimes orders arrive before we receive the shipping numbers. If this occurs, you will still receive an email with the tracking number.

USPS
USPS Priority shipping will usually ship from the warehouse within 4 days. The amount of time it takes for your package to arrive after that date is determined by your distance from Arkansas where the order is shipped from. If more than one item is ordered, USPS tends to be more expensive than Fedex and will take about the same amount of time to arrive.

P.O. Boxes
If you are having your item shipped to a PO Box, you must ship via USPS. Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
