If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Please be aware that shipping is non-refundable unless we send you the wrong item or it is defective.
All returns and exchanges must be in saleable condition, with original materials and packing. We strongly encourage you to use UPS for tracking purposes or use the tracking service through USPS (Priority Mail) when returning merchandise to us. Keep your tracking number in a safe place in case the location of a package is in question. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. If the package is lost in transit by the US Postal Service or UPS, you will need to file a claim with them.
If you order the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for a new size, however, you will be responsible for shipping the shirt to Kerusso along with a check or money order for $6 for return shipping and handling.
Sorry, custom orders can only be exchanged if we make a mistake on the order or printing of the shirt. Custom orders can not be returned for a refund.
Simply email the following information to returns@curns.net
- Your full name, address & phone number.
- The name and address where the merchandise was shipped.
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason(s) for the return/exchange.
If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be sent to you upon receipt of the original one.
